RETURNS

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The item must be in the same condition you received it and undamaged. All orders are final; we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items received are damaged or missing.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please contact customer service to request a refund or replacement with proof of damage or missing parts (such as videos or pictures). When a return is authorized, PEAK PERFORMANCE Filters will proceed with the refund or replacement.

In some cases, your return shipment may be free of charge. If you return an item for a reason not related to our error, the parcel will be sent back to your original address, and no refund will be initiated.

REFUNDS

After we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item for processing.
